WildFit - Day 90
Today is day 90 of my WildFit 90 day challenge! This program has changed my life for good. I have lost some inches and some pounds (Before pics on the right - After pics on the left) but what I have gained is so much more important.
I have gained a ton of knowledge about food and my body and how they work together. I have gained acceptance around the fact that I am lactose intolerant. The week that we gave up dairy products I felt like my body took a deep breath and said thank you. It is the biggest positive change I’ve ever felt within my body. No cheese tastes as good as my body feels.
Most importantly I have gained a new perception of myself. For probably the first time in my life I kept a self care commitment to myself for 90 days. That is a huge deal for me.
My old story is having big ideas, starting them, and giving up when it gets difficult or boring. My new story is having big ideas, starting them, working though the toughest spots, and finishing strong. I have gained a new kind of self confidence, knowing that I can trust myself.
All this is not to say I’m done with WildFit. In fact, I have a lot of work still left to do to get down to a healthy weight but I feel equipped and able to do it. Please comment below if you have questions. I love to talk about the program that changed so much in me.
